WWP managing director Josh Wilson features in The Guardian.
With the release of exam results just days away, hundreds of thousands of students will face the tough decision as to what next? The article in The Guardian, gives advice to those who decide university is not for them. It discusses the alternative options that are available, and their benefits.
Josh Wilson explains that as an employer, he does not look for a degree, but instead looks for someones experience and passion. He explains that “Many employers – including me – would prefer to have someone who has the experience and common sense to execute something in the right way, to make the company money, rather than a degree that might not be relevant to the job.
