Esher College invites Josh Wilson to speak at their ‘After Esher’ day

Esher College invited Josh to take part in their ‘After Esher’ day which involved the students preparing for life after college. Josh was asked to speak to 800 students in year 12 about the journey he faced after leaving Esher College himself. Josh held four talks with about 200 students at each talk. He was able to discuss how he built WWP and what he has learnt from all the challenges he has faced. One of the many motivating comments he made was to “learn lessons from the mistakes you make and don’t let them become barriers for you. Running into problems is a good thing because you learn from them.” Josh also discussed what the team is currently working on, what he looks for as an employer and his own experience at Esher College. It was also an opportunity for the students to ask him questions as well.

It was great to see Josh back at his old college having recently visited a smaller group of students back in March, and we hope that the year remains motivated from his talk. The most important message Josh told the year was to “figure out what you love to do and you can do anything”.
