This month our MD Josh Wilson was invited to visit students at two different colleges in London. It was an opportunity to meet students that are studying media that hope to get in to the media industry when they finish studying.

The schools were; City and Islington Sixth Form and City and Islington College. All the students showed an interest in wanting to continue into the media industry and this gave Josh the opportunity to answer any questions they may have about it. Josh was able to talk about his own experience working within the industry and he was able to discuss how he came to own Wilson Worldwide Productions. It was also a opportunity to get to chat to the students about their own wishes and hopes for the future.

As part of Josh’s work with his charity Genisys, we aim to visit students in different schools and colleges to help them mould their future plans. Josh also gave a few tips as to what he looks for as an employer and discussed the different paths there are after college and all the different opportunities that there are now for young people about to start in the industry.

It is always fun getting to visit different schools and see the new generation of TV, and we look forward to going back and visiting both schools in the future!
