Josh was featured in The Times this week discussing the companies journey since 2013, and his passion for championing diversity in our industry.
On diversity in our industry Josh said; “I hope I can be a force for good and bring opportunities to those who might not traditionally get them. TV itself is diverse, but behind the camera it’s dire-something has to change”.
Discussing the challenges in our industry Josh said; “We had to turn down making a show last year because the shooting and the payment schedules didn’t match up- we just wouldn’t have been paid on time”.
Josh also discussed how the company started out; “We started out making commercials and videos for companies, but we just weren’t making enough money, and the goal was always to break into TV”.
