We are excited to announce that Channel 4, in partnership with Filippo Berio, has commissioned Wilson Worldwide Productions to produce a sumptuous 10 x 30’ culinary travel series.
In A Taste of Italy, chef and restaurateur Nisha Katona embarks on a path less travelled to reveal Italy’s hidden foodie gems. On a voyage to uncover recipes and ingredients passed down for generations, Nisha shows us a different side of Italy and demonstrates unique, mouth-watering dishes that go beyond pizza and pasta.
